We also provide a re-coating service to manufacturer's spec where you specify. And, of course, we sharpen your Chop Saw Blades and can reset teeth.

Our long experience of sharpening tools of every kind ensures your workshop inventory can be kept fully up-to-date and in good condition - always ready for any rush job that catches you unawares. Simply ask us to quote on your next regrinding schedule and get the benefit of 40 years of top flight experience.
With access to a wide range of tooling machinery, right up to Walters 6 Axis CNC, we provide engineers with a comprehensive service for the refurbishment of cutters. This can save you from 50% to 70% on replacement costs, particularly important with those larger high cost cutters.
Sometimes it is vital to retain the diameter of your cutters. We do this by grinding inside the flute. If you need this service be sure to add a note with your package to alert our workshop to your needs.
THE SIMPLE 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5
of using our service
1. Keep a Regrinds Box in the workshop to collect your blunt cutters for appraisal.
2. When ready, call us and fix a date for pick up, then pack your cutters securely, placing our address details on the outside and a note with any special instructions inside.
3. We phone you on the morning of the pick up to confirm that the package is ready to collect.
4. We examine the condition of your cutters and email/fax you our quotation for your approval. To meet our weekly returns schedule you have the option to call us within 3 days to cancel the regrind or we proceed on your behalf.
5. Your cutters are returned by courier one week later. If you request Recoating that adds up to 5 days to the service.
